AddressMinsky's Hotel is looking an experienced and knowledgeable Gaming Manager to join our management team. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the gaming room, lead a team to deliver an engaging customer experience and drive profitability & growth in gaming turnover through ensuring standards are implemented, compliance is adhered to, customers are welcomed to the venue and staff are delivering service that exceeds guest expectations.
The Role:
- Run a profitable and efficient operation
- Manage & lead a high performing team
- Develop & implement superior service standards that consistently exceed guest expectations in the gaming room
- Ensuring gaming room presentation is always of the highest standard
- Manage and ensure compliance across all policies & procedures including legislative and regulatory obligations
- Manage and grow the loyalty program
- Financial management including cost control
- Actively promote the venues promotional schedule
About you:
- Previous experience in a Gaming Manager role
- Knowledge & practical application of all gaming systems
- Strong leadership skills with a positive & professional attitude
- An ability to think outside the square
- Passionate about delivering excellence in service
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional people skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
