Henry's, in the heart of Lismore and the Northern Rivers region, has been serving the local community for 40 years. We are highly respected, providing a wonderful range of fine artisan breads and patisserie products to a predominately retail market.
About the role
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail and Cafe person to join and supervise our FOH operations and team. With prevoius experience and a demonstrated capacity for responsibility, you will be trained in our systems, oversee day to day operations, as well as be expected to ensure we deliver high quality customer service to our clientele, in a "hands on" capacity
- 38 hours per week Mon- Fri
- availability to work the occasional Saturday when needed
- work efficiently and to a high standard
- can maintain a positive culture of mutual respect
- enjoy responsibility and a degree of autonomy within our customer service standards

Skills and Experience
It is expected the right candidate will
- Enjoy delivering high quality service
- have hospitality or retail experience
- be professional in all aspects of their conduct
- Be experienced in supervising and rostering staff
