About the role:We are on the hunt for a Front of House Manager to become a valued member of the Wild Bakery team.
This is a highly varied role, providing you with career opportunities throughout our business.
You will be working within a broad team, leading and providing support in the day to day running of the bakery. while being enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work as part of a team. Entrusted to provide the highest level of customer experience, you will also be responsible for supervising daily shifts. The supervisor will also be required to encourage team members to enhance their customer service and customer relations while meeting daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring an iconic experience for Wild Bakery customers and staff
- Leading team members and promoting a positive and respectfulwork environment.
- Training and supporting staff.
- Experienced in coffee making desirable
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge.
- Implementing strategies to help increase customer experience and satisfaction.
