Daisies Cottesloe, one of Cottesloe’s most iconic venues, is currently recruiting for a full-time Front of House Manager with demonstrated experience to join our team. Daisies Cottesloe is part of The Pantry Group, which owns The Other Side and Ol’ Buoy.

About the role:

You will report to the Venues Manager and provide support in the day-to-day running of the business. You will be entrusted to provide the highest level of customer service and be responsible for supervising daily shifts. 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring an iconic experience for customers and staff at Daisies Cottesloe
• Leading the front-of-house staff and promoting a positive and respectful work environment 
• Daily ordering from suppliers and ensuring costs are kept in accordance with the company.
• Assisting with administrative tasks (rostering, banking, and emailing)
• Working closely with the kitchen team and supervisors to ensure greater improvement initiatives within the business.

• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Strong work ethic and positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills
• Manage the daily operations of the venue
• Building strong customer relationships and a strong focus on achieving excellent customer service
• Managing and nurturing relationships between staff and management in all areas
• Management, training and recruitment of staff
• Previous proven experience in managing/leading, training/developing and mentoring a medium to large team to achieve common goals
• A confident approach, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the business
• Driver’s license, two years of experience in a similar position
