- Previous management experience in the hospitality industry
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for food and beverage
- Excellent time management skills and ability to perform well under pressure
- Attention to detail to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations
- Service-focused personality to maintain a welcoming and hospitable environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests and team members
- Solid experience in managing, training, motivating, and developing teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve key performance indicators.
