Job Description
We are looking for a Front of House/ Reception Assistant to join our inhouse facilities team on an initial, 6-month maximum term contract.
The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Greeting all visitors to the office
- Taking care of client facing rooms, including the setting up prior to meetings and clearing up following meetings
- Overseeing the cleanliness and stocking of the corporate kitchen
- Ordering supplies for the business
- Processing of invoices for the Facilities function
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries
- Allocation/collection of access cards
- Completion of daily security logs
- Allocation of car park spaces
- Assisting setting up onsite employee events
- Processing the daily incoming and outgoing mail when required
- Back up support for Team Assistants and ad hoc support and coordination of general office responsibilities
Qualifications
About You
This is a highly visible role within the organisation as you are the first point of contact for visitors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role. You will have an eye for attention to detail and the ability to communicate in an effective and proactive manner. Furthermore, your ability to respond to rapidly changing circumstances in a pre-emptive manner in a fast-paced environment will see you succeed in this role.
The hours of work will be 9:00pm-5:00pm, there maybe a need to start work early and stay late from time to time. Given the nature of this role, it will be 100% office based.
