About the Practice:
Our Bupa Dental Warringah Mall practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Full-Time Front Office Coordinator as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes.
In this role you will help to keep everything running to plan so that our clinicians are free to focus on looking after our patients. We believe that you’ll be a pivotal part of the team, so we’ll give you all the support, training and development you need to thrive.
The Heart of the Role:
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Leading an established receptionist team, providing exceptional customer service to our patients
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
You'll be:
- Available to work a full time, 38 hours per week
- Able to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Previous dental administration or dental reception experience, with some people management exposure
- Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong communication and organisation skills
