We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with the client in the search for a permanent Front of House/ Office Coordinator to join a thriving business located in Sydney CBD.
As a valuable member of our dynamic and esteemed team, you should possess a background in a Receptionist/ coordinator role / Office Management or Service/Hospitality.
The client, a renowned Property Investment and Asset Management firm, boasts a fantastic culture rooted in success and collaborative work.
The individual will become a part of a four-member team, tasked with overseeing the seamless operation of the office. Their responsibilities will include event management and coordination, extending a warm welcome to staff, guests, and clients, and overseeing the management of facilities.
Duties include:
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Sydney office, inclusive of facilities, amenities and building management requests (E.g. lights and other equipment broken or not working in the office);
- Keeping visitor arrival areas, kitchen and common areas clean and presentable.
- Catering and ordering office supplies such as stationery, kitchen items, food and beverages.
- Greeting visitors and clients and assisting them as required.
- Ensuring meeting rooms are set up correctly for meetings, including providing water, coffee etc.
- Monitoring the general enquiries inbox and distributing emails to relevant recipients.
- Coordinate with the building reception to provide access to guests via an online system.
- Assisting staff with meeting room bookings/Teams facilitation;
- Coordination of Events
- Printing and binding of presentation packs when required.
- Managing bookings of the company car
- Coordinating courier services, receiving and distributing mail and deliveries.
- Ordering of business cards as required.
- Assisting with team & social events.
- Assisting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
We are looking for a positive-minded, self starter who prides themselves on being team player but equally someone with the ability to succeed in working independently.
