We are searching for a SUPERSTAR to join our Front Office Team!
As a Front Office Guest Service Supervisor, you will:
- Have previous Front Office / reception / reservations hands-on customer service experience within a Hospitality or similar service environment.
- Manage the check in / out process (and everything in between).
- Assist with guest inquiries (face-to-face, telephone and email).
- Provide information on local activities, events etc.
- Assist other departments as required.
- Professional and personable and can do attitude.
- You make calm, collected decisions – even when the clock is ticking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication & phone skills.
- Casual shifts available over 7 days a week, from 7am - 9pm. Rostered shifts include evening and weekend work, or
- Full Time available - Monday to Friday available for the right candidate
