This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Receptionist or contract administrator who is looking for professional growth and opportunity.

This role offers the opportunity to do more than just Reception.

You will be responsible for not only the day to day running of the office, but will also provide pivotal support to our Sales team include contract administration.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a 'different, but interesting' pace and an overall rewarding position.
 
Duties

  • Manage a diverse workload
  • Directing calls to appropriate area
  • Listing properties via different channels 
  • Processing listing agreements / property files / exchanges / marketing / settlements 
  • Ensure all meetings/meeting rooms are prepared for clients
  • Stationery orders
  • Reporting, filing and record keeping
  • Maintaining, monitoring and updating office compliance 
  • Assisting sales, property management and admin staff with general services and help desk enquiries
  • Responsible for the presentation and maintenance of the office

Skills and experience

  • Previous admin experience is essential
  • Computer literate 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills 
  • High attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-presented, excited and enthusiastic. Attitude is everything
  • Reliable, punctual, honest and trustworthy
