This position offers the platform to showcase your customer experience skills in a new and luxury environment within the residential and strata space. 

  • Assume front desk duties in the absence of a dedicated team member. 
  • Manage the operations of the entire Front Desk Team. 
  • Ensure the accuracy, efficiency and streamlining of procedures relating to front desk operations and procedures. 
  • Report daily, or as required, to the Building Manager regarding the front desk operations including both successes and shortfalls in all aspects of operations. 
  • Work closely with the Building Manager to communicate and resolve all issues concerning the property and its team. 
  • Responsible for the accuracy and completion of daily banking. 
  • Ensure cash banking is deposited into the Trust Account in the required timeframe. 
  • Assist and work with the building manager to improve occupancy and ADR by communicating booking inflow and date availability effectively. 
  • Report any wrongdoings/suspicious behaviour of other employees/hotel guests/ building residents as soon as reasonably possible to the appropriate manager. 
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, 
  • Schedule and maintain rostering of the team as required by the needs of the business, and in consultation with the Building Manager. 
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management. 
  • Ensure the team is adhering to company policies and procedures. 
  • Assisting with team meetings as per the Building Manager. 
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. 
  • Assist the Building Manager in additional Trust Accounting processes as required.  

  • Graduate Preferred
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a Front Office Supervisor capacity preferred
  • A Front Office Supervisor who is keen to step us a Front Office Manager
  • Experience with People Management. 
  • Experience using reservation systems such as RMS 9+ and MS Office 
  • Knowledge of Trust Accounting and RMS (preferable).
