Job Description:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including the reception area, reservations, and guest services.
Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to deliver exceptional service with a touch of audacity and humor.
Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Manage room inventory and reservations, optimising revenue through effective pricing strategies.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate services and special requests for guests.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to Front Office operations.
Uphold hotel standards and policies while fostering a positive and happy atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel Front Office management is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with apositive demeanor.
Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
