We are looking to appoint an experienced & professional Assistant Front Office Manager to join us. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will lead by example and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Front Office.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing positive leadership, innovative ideas and strategic direction across our Front Office Department
- Recruiting, motivating and developing the Front Office team to provide exceptional hospitality for our guests while ensuring all required processes are followed
- Mentoring & coaching the Duty Managers aiding in their growth & development
- Monitor, analyse and respond to all guest feedback and reviews, ensuring feedback is acted upon
- Assist in Front Office operations including check-in / check-out and duty manager shifts as required
- Supporting the hotels' revenue and profit strategies
- Ensuring hotel policies and procedures are followed
- Must be available on a rotating roster including Weekends & Public Holidays.
Ideally you will have:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an eye for detail
- Strong commercial acumen
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
- A proven ability to proactively coach and guide team members to provide exceptional service
- An energetic, positive, team-oriented outlook
