The position is for a Front Office & Guest Service in a Busy hotel in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The position is available for immediate start, but start date can be negotiated.
4-5 days per week, 30 - 40 hours per week casual or contract with the possibility to become full-time.
Days of work are quite consistent each week, but weekend availability is essential (no night shifts required).
We are searching for an enthusiastic Guest Services to join us on a permanent basis.
The position includes:
- Greet guests and residents in a warm and friendly manner and be able to resolve enquiries in an efficient and timely fashion.
- Manage arrivals and departures offering a personalised customer service.
- Assist with answering phone enquiries, including taking accommodation bookings and general enquiries.
- Meeting and exceeding expectations and being pro-active.
- Always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure the smooth running of all facets of the business.

Previous Front Office reception experience within the hospitality/travel/tourism industry is highly desirable and experience with Resly software will be preferred.
