About the role: This role involves completing all the duties of Front Office reception, including providing friendly, personalised customer service, processing reservations and ensuring full and accurate data capture, assisting corporate and leisure guests (eg check in, explaining hotel facilities and location, check out).
By bringing your customer service passion to work every day, you will help us anticipate our guests' needs and deliver a memorable service experience.

This role requires the successful candidate to work a variety of weekday and weekend shifts, with approximately 25 hours available.
