Job description

Quest MascotSydney Airport comprises of 91 serviced apartments including Studio, One- and Two-Bedroom apartments located next to Sydney Airport.

 

The Role

 

We are seeking an, Front Office Receptionist (GSA) that is available to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, to add to our wonderful team. There are no overnight shifts required. Reception opening hours 7am to 11pm. 

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Work with great people to provide great experiences for our guests and team members. 
  • Welcome our guests on check-in and wish our guests a great day on check-out.
  • Utilise your positive and passionate energy to assist our guests and teammates achieve success.   
  • Answering phones to both in-house guests and external calls, providing accommodation solutions to booking enquiries.
  • Answer room booking requests; online, email and telephone.
  • Keep guest accounts tidy and accurate.
  • Significant administrative duties that help keep the hotel operation ticking along like a well oiled machine. 
  • Support your team mates across all departments.
