Job Description
Avani Central Melbourne Residences is looking for a professional and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join the team on a full time basis.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. You’ll be responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Office department, such as the reception duties, guest check in/out, managing and booking reservations and assisting guests during their stay. You will also be responsible for guiding and supporting the existing Guest Services team, as well as managing and resolving guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
To be successful you will have:
Previous Front Office Supervising experience
Previous experience working within a Customer Service/ Customer Facing position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
An unwavering positive attitude
Professional presentation
