The award winning Sebel Melbourne Docklands is looking for a full-time Front OfficeTeam Leader to join us on a Full Time basis. Joining a small team of Front Office professionals, the front-Office Team Leader will need to have proven leadership, communication, customer service and organisational skills to join our Front Office Team and assist Front-Office Manager for the smooth operations of the hotel.
Work Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years experience with Accor background
- Opera PMS knowledge is Essential
- Great empathy and communication skills with a customer first mindset
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Ongoing and unrestricted working rights for Australia
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
