Causeway Hotels is a group of hotels located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. We focus on providing authentic Melbourne experiences to all our guests. We have three hotels: The Howey, Causeway 353 Hotel, and Causeway Inn On The Mall. We are currently seeking passionate and experienced hospitality staff to join our team! As part of our Front Office team, no two days are the same. You will assist our guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience, and everything in between - check in, check out, luggage assistance, and responding to guest requests - whilst at the same time, creating stories that stay.

What we're looking for:
Guest Service Agent
At least One year’s experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel
Previous experience with Opera PMS is beneficial but not essential
Great empathy and communication skills with a customer first mindset
Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ongoing and unrestricted working rights in Australia
Team Leader
At least 2 years’ experience within the hospitality Industry
Opera PMS knowledge is essential
Great empathy and communication skills with a customer first mindset
Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure, fuelled by epic organisational and time management skills
Masterful in the art of communication, both written and spoken
Ongoing and unrestricted working rights in Australia
