- This role is Permanent, Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight.

- This role requires availability to work a spread of hours from 7am to 9:15pm.
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).

- Executing commercial activation, range changes, and operational forecasting within the unit.
- Actively involved in the unit Commercial team, and supporting the Fulfilment Manager in the growth of Fulfilment in the total CMP.
- Monitoring and ensuring correct range management and stock accuracy in the unit.
- Proactively work to optimise stock structure, reducing avoidable stock and ensuring healthy capacity utilization and low costs.
- Contributor to ensuring the CMP's successful transition into an Omnichannel retailer to greater meet the needs of our growing Customer.
- Being responsible for project implementation at a local, national, and global level.
- Leading the implementation of Unit Fulfilment Solutions to ensure correct use of systems to improve efficiency and cost saving.
- Securing competence building and development in the units and driving continuous process improvement for end-to-end fulfilment operations.
- Guide, coach, and inspire the Fulfilment Integration team, collaborating closely with Fulfilment Operations.
- Fostering a supportive work environment emphasizing communication, flexibility, and a performance-driven culture, while valuing diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
- A strong understanding of key performance measurements for business planning and monitoring.

- Familiarity with forecasting, range management, stock accuracy, stock structure, and sales steering.
- An understanding of departmental interactions and their contribution to Fulfilment Integration and customer experience.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain methods, processes, and collaboration with business partners.
