About the role:
Our fulfilment centre is focused on supporting our store teams to exceed our customers experiences by ensuring that we pick and deliver orders in full and on time. Our role at our Fulfillment Centre is to take tasks out of our stores so our store Team Members can service our customers better!
What you can expect to do:
- Process Purchase Orders for our Clients
- Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers
- Liaise with Suppliers and keep builders informed
- Place orders from customers accurately
- Answer incoming calls
- Solve issues promptly and efficiently
- Work within time-frames to accurately complete and process orders in the system.
- Obtain ETA's from suppliers, conversations are noted & this information passed on accurately to customers
- All sales orders are promptly directed to the desired location for p/up or delivery
What we need from you:
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Experience with the COS system not essential
- Have an eagerness to learn about new products
- An ability to work in and contribute to a team
- Communicate progress and resolution of issues to our customers
- Support and positively influence the team and company culture
- Experience with Excel
