We are looking to hire an efficient, happy and dynamic Administration Officer to join our fast paced team. The successful applicant will be working in our busy office and making sure everything runs smoothly while handling multiple jobs at once. The applicant would need the following as a minimum:
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Experience with all Office programs including Word, Excel and Powerpoint preferred
- MUST be able to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently
- Drivers license and own vehicle
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Experience answering phones and excellent customer service skills
- Be able to work alone and as part of a team
- Be able to prioritize work
- High attention to detail a must
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable preferred but not essential
The position is not a standard Reception or Administration job. Our office has a high workload every day and it's smooth running is essential for the business to run well. The role requires quick thinking, multi tasking and problem solving skills and the ability the know the role inside and out.
