Full Time Junior Position bases at Castle Hill
A junior administration position (16-20yo) is available for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our dynamic Fire Service team.You will be responsible for administrative tasks and assisting with client reports and other supportive functions. You will be required to liaise with our technicians, management and answering incoming calls for our office based in Castle Hill.
The role will include:
- Data entry
- Scanning and filing
- Assisting with client reports
- Liaising with management regarding reports and being proactive in providing solutions and resolutions where possible
- General administration duties
What you will need
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and Mac OS
- Ability to learn new computer systems
- Team player that can also work autonomously
- High attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
