AddressLion's Bakery is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Baker to become part of the team at Lion's Bakery located N.O.R. on a full-time basis. This is an for right person to become an integral member of our team.
An ideal candidate will be expected to possess the following attributes:
1. Hold adequate qualifications in retailing baking
2. At least 2 years related experience in baking or pastry cook.
3. Excellent organisation and time management skills
4. Load and unload mixtures into ovens using tins and trays and have ability to work in a fast| paced environment within a kitchen
5. Have knowledge to handle equipment, appliances, supplies, and tools, be able to weigh, mix or knead, mold and shape mixtures before baking
6. Commitment to product quality and high reliability.
7. Ability to work across a 7-day trading roster which will include nights and weekends.
8. Fluency in Vietnamese would be highly regarded.
