What we are looking for
- Previous experience in Jewellery Buying/Sales, Tech Buying/Sales or Explaining Contracts is handy but not essential
- Experience in, or a desire to learn, lending and loans
- You may have demonstrated stand-out customer service experience
- Be self-driven and a reliable team member
- Be a great communicator as you are continually building rapport and liaise with people from all walks of life
- A people person who strives to go above and beyond to manage their customers’ expectations and meet their needs
- People who are available weekends is a big positive
- Basic computer skills, accurate data entry and high level of attention to detail
