- Preparation and service of quality produce and food during lunch and dinner.
- Responsible for day-to-day Kitchen operations and Culinary team
- Able to support management with menu planning activities, pricing and menu innovation
- Develop recipes and portion specification in line with customer's expectation
- Monitor and maintain consistent food standards and quality across all areas and during all stages of production
- Ensure that the appropriate methods of cooking and presentation are used to maintain high standards of service
- Estimate Food Consumption and Requisition of Food Purchase
- Ensure that Health and Safety standards are followed
- Able to supervise, train and manage kitchen personnel
