Experience, Skills & Attributes
Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen.
Ability to effectively follow instructions and absorb new information.
Interest in local and global food trends
Good communication and immaculate presentation
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Team player and display a positive and nimble attitude.
Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S
Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items.
Foundation knife skills and understanding of basic cookery terms and techniques.
Focus on detail.
Outstanding time management during preparation and service periods
Calm and composed demeanour.
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
