Our family run hotel is excited to expand our team & currently have chef roles available offering Full Time positions with hours averaging 38 per week.

Our ideal chef can:
- Work well in a team environment

- Demonstrate good time management skills
- Multitask through busy service times
- Create or share input on new dishes to feature on our weekly specials
The successful candidate will have:
- Cert IV in commercial cookery
- 2 years minimum experience
- Have a passion towards food and local produce
- Good knowledge of HACCP
- Solid background in one of the following: bistro, restaurants or functions
