Form of workThe Irymple Hotel is a recently renovated pub, with multiple different areas, often serving over 200 meals in an evening. Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. The hotel is situated 3km from the city of Mildura which is located along the Murray river with access to a busy airport.
As part of a small local community, our goal is to produce quality, fresh, traditional pub meals incorporating modern Australian foods using local produce where possible. We are currently seeking a chef to work in our spacious, modern, updated kitchen. The applicant needs to be prepared to work in a consistently busy kitchen with the ability to display a full range of skills.
The role would include a roster of shifts in both day, night and weekend.
