Full-time Early Childhood Teacher
About Us…
Shoalhaven Community Preschool has operated for over 63 years providing high-quality Early Childhood education to the community. We are a not-for-profit standalone community-based service with a long and proud history located in Nowra. We have been rated as exceeding against the National Quality Standards and we are committed to quality improvement and ongoing professional learning. We have recently moved to a brand-new purpose-built building and increased to 60 places per day where we implement a culturally safe and inclusive preschool program for children 3-6 years of age. We operate 8:00 - 4:00 Monday to Friday during school terms with above educator to child ratios. Our experienced team works alongside allied health professionals including speech therapists, occupational therapists, key workers, psychologists, schools, and community to deliver positive outcomes for children and families. We offer a Wellbeing and Capacity Building Program for staff, mentoring, a professional and supportive working environment, staff development and learning opportunities and a highly competitive salary, well above the award. Due to the growth of our service, we are looking for an ECT to join our team.
