About the Role
Reporting to our hatted Head Chef, Ben Sitton, you will be accountable for the smooth operations of the back of house and Kitchen Hand team. This role requires great attention to detail, organisation and work ethics.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversea day to day operations of your section.
- Accountable for all aspects of section operations, organisation and efficiency.
- Responsible for delivering exceptionally high standards.
- Responsible for kitchen presentation, open, pack down and cleanliness.
- Ensures the venue is compliant which may include the completion of HEM Safe inspections.
About you
- 1+ years experience in a comparable role and business.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.

The Dry Dock is conveniently located directly opposite Mort Bay Park and Thames St, Balmain Ferry Wharf - only 11 minutes from Circular Quay.
There is ample ‘all day’ free car parking located in the streets around the venue.
