Full-Time Leasing / Assistant Property Manager

McGrath Ivanhoe is looking for a motivated and highly organised Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Manager to join the team! 

About the role:
In this full time position, you will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including:

- Undertaking routine inspections 
- Completing entry reports
- Completing exit reports 
- Key handovers
- Reviewing and processing tenant applications
- Leasing

Working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and Saturday Inspections

You will be provided with a mobile phone and car allowance. 

What we are looking for:
- Current real estate certificate
- Valid drivers licence
- Personable and able to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and still deliver exceptional outcomes
- Decisive, fair and practical approach to managing issues
