The hotel boasts 369 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites offering contemporary living for the modern business or leisure traveller. Facilities include the award-winning spa centre Spa & Sport, a fully equipped fitness centre, a newly- renovated outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and a brand new premium Arches Bar, as well as 8 state-of-the-art meeting rooms including a heritage-listed ballroom seating up to 400 people.
The hotel is looking for a creative, motivated Demi Chef de Partie to work in our Pastry kitchen. You will report to the Executive Chef as well as be part of a large kitchen team!
About you:
Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Certificate III in patisserie or higher.
- The ability to work most effectively in a team environment
- A fantastic attitude to providing quality work and service
- Creative flair and great ideas
- Exceptional at production of large quantity for food and have a flair for presentation
- Quality and portion control
- Ability to work week days and weekend on rotation weekly roster
- Understanding Food Safety industry requirements.
- Have Full Time work right in Australia
