The hotel is looking for a creative, motivated Demi Chef de Partie to work in our Pastry kitchen. You will report to the Executive Chef as well as be part of a large kitchen team!
About you:
Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Certificate III in patisserie or higher.
- The ability to work most effectively in a team environment
- A fantastic attitude to providing quality work and service
- Creative flair and great ideas
- Exceptional at production of large quantity for food and have a flair for presentation
- Quality and portion control
- Ability to work week days and weekend on rotation weekly roster
- Understanding Food Safety industry requirements.
- Have Full Time work right in Australia
