Form of workReporting to the Payroll Manager, my client is on the search for a Payroll Officer to join their team in Dandenong.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll on Micropay, while working in partnership with 4 other members of the team.
This opportunity is offering a short term contract due to a long service leave cover.

Description
- Drive accurate salary and wage processing to be efficiently paid in a timely manner while complying with relevant legislation
- Maintain successful record keeping, ensuring entitlements/ledgers are processed and reported correctly
- Establish positive internal relationships internally, answering queries and assisting the team when required
- Support system optimisation of Micropay, including suggested improvements to processes
Profile
- End-to-end payroll experience on Micropay
- Exposure to weekly pay runs
- Knowledge of relevant EBA'S, legislation's, and awards within the industry
- Excellent time management and teamwork qualities are essential
