Ayan Infotech has an exciting initial 6-month contract opportunity for a Payroll Office in Melbourne, CBD. Our client is a leading global IT consultancy that has billions of dollars of revenue transactions through the year.This will be a hybrid work model. We can offer a highly competitive rate relevant to experience!Responsibilities will include:
- Completing tasks accurately and within agreed timeframes for fortnightly and monthly pay inputs and employee updates
- Providing accurate and timely advice to Capgemini staff in response to
- queries
- Providing support across the payroll team to undertake administrative tasks
- related to full range of day-to-day and cyclical payroll functions
- Ensuring compliance with procedures internal controls current legislation
- and business requirements
- Maintaining a good working relationship with Payroll Service provider
- Ensuring alignment to Capgemini requirements and legislation
- Prioritising effectively to ensure tasks are accurately completed within the
- agreed timeframes
- Supporting the Payroll team to ensure the high level of service delivery is
- maintained.
- Demonstrating initiative providing appropriate advice to managers and staff
- in response to queries and escalating where appropriate.
- Prior experience in high volume Australian payroll processing
- Demonstrated data processing analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to adapt to rapid change in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365 (Excel Outlook
- Teams)
- Experience working with different Payroll and Employee Self-Serve (ESS)
- systems (desirable)
