This position is an integral part of our team whom provides administration support to our Sales and Property Management departments as well as managing our front reception.

THE ROLE:
You will be the first impression and first point of contact between our agency and our clients, as well as work in all facets of what makes a Real Estate agency tick.
The key responsibilities in this role will include :
- Front of house reception duties including answer and direct all incoming calls, emails and enquiries
- Meet and greet clients in the office and liaise with external suppliers and contractors
- Assist Sales and Property Management departments with administration support
- General office administration and duties
THE PERSON:
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years recent administration / reception experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential including a high level of computer literacy, and excellent phone manner and etiquette are an absolute must.
The successful candidate for the role will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an administration / reception role
- Strong computer skills with proven use and competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Efficient and accurate typing and data entry skills
- Excellent listening skills & exceptional verbal and written communication
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritise and juggle tasks
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- A mature, professional demeanor and be well presented
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Confidence and the ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
- Discipline, reliability, punctuality, good work ethic and able to treat information with confidentiality
- Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast paced environment
Our office hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. No weekend work required.
