We are a busy Chartered Accounting firm located on the Kingston Foreshore looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised, well presented receptionist to join our team.

As part of the team, you will enjoy a busy and challenging role with opportunities to show initiative and ownership of your tasks. The role will include receiving phone calls, making appointments, greeting clients, maintaining a presentable reception area and meeting rooms, as well as general support to the accounting staff. These tasks include using our internal software to lodge tax returns, contacting the ATO on behalf of clients, managing a number of inboxes and actioning administrative requests as and when required.
As part of this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills and a vibrant personality.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Strong IT skills including working in excel spreadsheets and internal databases.
- Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage workload.
