We are a dynamic and innovative company specialising in automotive diagnostic tools. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a mechanically minded individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Technical Support and Sales Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide Technical Support to customers regarding our products.
- Assist customers in selecting the right scan tool based on their needs and requirements.
- Provide remote support via TeamViewer to customers requiring technical assistance.
- Process sales both in-store and over the phone.
- Pack orders for online purchases and ensure timely shipment.
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the store.
- Collaborate with manufacturers/engineers and customers to resolve issues.
- Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- No formal qualifications are required; we will provide training.
- Mechanical background or knowledge preferred.
- Experience with heavy diesel is a bonus.
- Familiarity with technology and computers.
- Passion for cars and automotive technology.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a professional demeanor.
- Previous experience as a mechanic or a desire to transition from hands-on work is advantageous.
