Full Time Sales Associate | Mt Gravatt

We are currently seeking dynamic Full Time Sales Associates to join our Garden City, Mt Gravatt store. Previous luxury retail/jewellery experience is preferred but not essential. 

The Role

The duties you will need to perform are: 

• Provide exceptional customer service delivery.
• Meet set sales and KPI targets.
• Excellence in store presentation.
• Operational excellence.
• Outstanding product knowledge.

About you 

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities: 

• Ability to meet set sales KPI targets whilst providing excellence in customer service delivery.
• Ability to actively contribute as a member of a high performing team and assist in meeting team goals.
• High level of personal presentation.
• Satisfactory ability to adhere to security and stock handling processes.
• Basic computer skills in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Satisfactory attention to detail with an ability to ensure accuracy at all times.
• Entry level ability in presentation and merchandising of retail stores.
