Functional Consultant

Client Overview:
A leading NetSuite Partner is seeking a NetSuite Principal Consultant to join their team. In this dynamic role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring clients unlock their full potential of NetSuite. You’ll lead projects and work closely with key accounts, design customised solutions, and implement effective strategies to enhance their efficiency and performance.
  
Role Overview:
This opportunity is for a NetSuite Professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and partnering with clients to achieve tangible results. Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients across ANZ to understand their needs, goals, and pain points.
• Analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design customised NetSuite configurations to streamline operations and boost performance.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
• Implement, customise, and optimise core NetSuite modules (financials, inventory, order management, CRM, etc.).
• Leverage your accounting knowledge (cashflow management, PnL, transactions, general bookkeeping and or payroll) to provide the best solutions and understand client challenges. 
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, empowering NetSuite.
• Create clear, concise, and technically accurate documents (requirements and specifications).
• Monitor system performance, analyse data, and proactively recommend enhancements to keep clients ahead of the curve.

  
Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or relevant field (preferred).
• Proficiency in writing Java or other technical languages. (preferred).
• Basic understanding of payroll software and solutions (highly desired).
• Accounting experience and certifications (highly desired).

Requirements:

• 6+ years of proven experience implementing and supporting NetSuite solutions within a NetSuite Implementation Partner .
• Proficiency in creating technical documentations.
• Expertise understanding in NetSuite Modules and their customisation capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to improvement.
• Driven individual with willingness to learn and take responsibility for continual improvement.
