We are on the hunt for a HR superstar. Reporting into the Head of People, you have an opportunity to learn from a team with HR experience that spans over 50+ years and manage the HR function as your own! We will value your input every day, and you will know each and every one of our team members by name. 

This is a genuine generalist role!!! You will not just focus on recruitment, you will operate as a true partner to the business and take charge of HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries
• End to end recruitment including job posting, short listing, phone screening, interviewing and drafting of letters of offer
• Onboarding, including coordination of pre-employment security clearances and reference checks 
• Partnering with managers in the delivery of annual performance improvement cycle and training/ development cycles
• Interpreting, applying & advising on Award entitlements, policies & best practice across the employment lifecycle
• General HR Admin including reporting, contract variations and change of employment letters
• Assisting with the implementation of HR projects and improvement activities
