- $1,443 per week, $75,036 per annum plus 11% super
- Tuesday to Saturday regular roster

We are seeking a full time Functions Manager join our team at the TA. This role includes taking functions enquiries from customers and following them through to the date of the event. The regular roster is filled out with one Duty Manager shift per week and some service shifts, working around the needs of current enquiries and events.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and develop relationships with regular and repeat customers
- Receive all enquiries for function, event and group bookings
- Meet with customers to understand their requirements
- Provide relevant function information to the kitchen in advance
- Regular review of function packages to ensure profitability and market relevance
- Greet function guests and supervise service provision
- Some regular service shifts are part of the roster including one Duty Manager shift per week
Who are we looking for?
If you have 2-3 years experience in food service, preferably with some supervisory skills, have helped with group bookings and worked in functions at your previous employment you are encouraged to apply.
