The Company:
A passionate and highly regarded medical device company that specialise in Urology, Gastroenterology and Gynaecology is looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join their team!
The Role:
This role is predominately 70% events management/coordination and 30% marketing activities.
- 10 month maternity leave contract (possibility of extension)
- 3 day a week part time position
Responsibilities include;
- Liaise with the global and Australian team on marketing campaigns and assist with facilitating any changes before publication.
- Manage marketing collateral and suggest improvements as required.
- Provide support with all events and conferences i.e. ensure everything is prepped, ready and sent for the events as required.
- Manage campaign details and marketing requests from the sales team.
- Monitor and manage expenses and ensure they are within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, event management or communications
- Previous experience working in an Events and/or Marketing Coordinator role
- Experience working with Hubspot will be highly regarded
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Reliable, flexible and efficient
