As a Fund Administrator at Vision Super, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our fund administration activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund administration, exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in utilising Excel for data analysis and reporting.
What will I be doing?
Vision Super is a self-administered superannuation Fund so you’d have the opportunity to perform a wide range of administrative activities within the team including, but not limited to:
- Processing payment of benefits to our members, setting up income streams and pensions as well as processing changes, running fortnightly pension runs, member registrations and new entrants, contributions exception management and Clearinghouse
- Responding to all queries received via Employer Services and Clearinghouse inbox as per agreed SLAs
- Administrative tasks related to financial hardship applications, compassionate grounds claims
- Working on exception reports, reconciliations, unallocated money, auto schedules, testing and systems assurance checks as requested
- Collaborating with the Manager Fund Administration to come up with new solutions to improve controls and efficiency of the process
What are the essential qualifications?
We're looking for someone:
- With experience working in fund administration, superannuation administration or insurance and claims administration
- With a good general knowledge of superannuation
- With good analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and VBA desirable
- With strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
