Fund Manager

Position Overview & Responsibilities:

· As the Senior Organisation Professional for Foxglove Capital, you will be responsible for shaping policy and planning processes to facilitate the organisation’s agenda in attracting new portfolio companies.

· The Senior Organisation Professional will lead projects to develop the sharing of information between Foxglove Capital and key stakeholders, including investors.

· The Senior Organisation Professional will be responsible for facilitating and supporting information programs within our organisation which contribute to the advancement of Foxglove Capital’s expansion into new markets.

Duties:

You will perform the following duties as required:

· Implement knowledge innovations to ensure organisational growth and the development and implementation of projects on behalf of the organisation focused on new investments.

· Conduct internal information programs and programs for investors including education programs and research programs regarding new investment opportunities.

· Assist in the preparation of information to enable Foxglove Capital to undertake, encourage and promote the advancement of knowledge within the organisation regarding new portfolio companies.

Experience, skills and capabilities.

· A proven successful and experienced Information and Organisation Professional.

· Presentation skills at a senior level.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Team player

· Self-starter with strong self-motivation and excellent organisational skills.

· Either a relevant degree or a minimum of five years of relevant experience is required.

• Expected salary: $140,000 - $165,000 per year
