We are recruiting a driven, motivated, multi-talented professional to manage all aspects of Hannah’s House’s Fundraising and Marketing efforts, and to make a lasting impact during the 12-month maternity leave period.
This opportunity is on the ground, working directly with the CEO and the Fundraising & Marketing Coordinator. It’s your opportunity to significantly impact the lives of children with complex and life limiting conditions.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the annual Fundraising plan in line with the strategic/business plans in consultation with the CEO
- Lead the Fundraising & Marketing Team to manage the development of Hannah’s House’s fundraising streams including:
- Trusts and Foundations
- Corporate Partnerships
- Community fundraising
- Donor acquisition, engagement and retention
- Individual and regular giving
- Bequests and major gifts
- Lead and manage the development of organisational marketing across all channels to deliver:
- Digital marketing and communication
- Brand awareness including media and advertising strategies
- Event marketing and communications
Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline and/or relevant equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience in planning, budgeting, and reporting on fundraising, marketing, and communication in the not-for-profit sector
- Demonstrated expertise with databases and online research tools
- Ability to work constructively and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven capacity to work independently and flexibly to achieve set targets within timeframes and within budget
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate, be persuasive, develop trust and maintain flourishing working relationships
- Relevant Knowledge and experience in the NDIS sector or disability and/or health sector would be considered highly advantageous
This position is full time or part-time (4 days a week may be considered), with options for Flexible Work Arrangements, including the opportunity to work from home.
