Love a challenge that takes you forward?

From humble beginnings and a passion to provide a quality and affordable transport service to the local community, this nonprofit is now a leading organisation and advocate of inclusive communities where people of all ages and abilities have equal access to opportunities and facilities, an organisation providing essential support and care.

In this warm and friendly working environment, along with a supportive Senior Management, the remit of this role includes the implementation of the fundraising and sponsorship strategy plan. Your primary focus will be developing fundraising and sponsorship programs to meet annual revenue targets, ideally enjoying a very high rate of success.

With your positive working style, strong events background and sound business acumen, you will be required to create and implement the fundraising and sponsorship activities to continue the important work of this non-profit.

You will also bring your wealth of experience in grants and acquittals, fundraising, sponsorships, and partnerships, understand what the nonprofit sector is all about and have a proven ability to create, develop and implement key community fundraising events.

If you’re the type of person to always give a new challenge your best shot - you’ll need to be a dynamic people person. Highly organised, great with process, a skilled communicator who builds rapport easily and manages relationships, you’ll bring along strong event management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. You’ll also enjoy the hands-on involvement in community celebrations and other annual events.

This is a role for a well presented, perceptive and sensitive communicator with great writing (including grant writing) skills and the ability to autonomously manage multiple projects by building processes and a timeline around an efficient structure, while keeping sponsors up to date and engaged along the way.

Strong problem solving, decision making and negotiating capability and that all-important ability to create positive relationships will all aid your chances of being successful in your application. You’ll need to show us your outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, flexibility, patience, and ease in relating well to different stakeholder groups. Relevant tertiary qualifications and FIA membership, including the FIA Code of Conduct Certificate will also hold you in good stead.

So don’t delay, to be considered for this great opportunity, write us a cover letter, along with your resume, and tell us why it looks like your dream job. Submit your application quoting reference KJFDGN to *****@windsor-group.com.au or call Kaye Jeffers on 07 3211 0*** today.
