Support Services Team Lead - Aged Care

Full-time ongoing position
Located at our Ferntree Gully office + hybrid working conditions + travel

The Team Leader is a key leadership position providing you with the opportunity to lead and support a team of administrative and service co-ordination staff within the Older Adults program.
As the Team Lead your duties will include:
Coordination of the team, ensuring equitable distribution of workloads, as well as managing recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and performance.
Supporting and collaborating with other members of the Older Adults team.
Establishing strong and positive partnerships with service providers
Fostering robust and productive relationships with service providers to ensure services are of high quality, support growth and meet customer needs and expectations.
Administration task including data management, monitoring, reporting, auditing and ensuring services operate in accordance with budget and accountability requirements.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
In-depth understanding and working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Ability to use negotiation, conflict resolution and creative problem-solving techniques.
Ability and willingness to travel between EACH sites.
