About the Role:
We are looking for a motivational, sales-driven Store Manager for the highly successful Mile End showroom. In this role, you will be expected to drive a strong team to offer the optimum customer experience whilst working to targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sales ability, drive and passion for furniture and homewares.
Skills and Experience:
- A lead-by-example manager
- Strong retail management experience in a sales-focused environment
- High-level customer service skills and passion for a consultative environment
- Driven to be at the top of the leaderboard with your sales.
- Ability to work as a team and to an individual target/ commissions
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team to reach their potential
- Ability to work to structured KPIs and sales targets
- Coaching, training and developing your team to success
- Administration duties such as rostering, analysing store performance, onboarding and training.
- Manual handling of up to 20kg.
- Love and passion for homewares/furniture
