Collarts is seeking sales superstars to expand our Domestic student portfolio in a period of exciting transformation for the organisation.

About the Role: 

We are seeking sales superstars to expand our Domestic student portfolio. As a member of our Recruitment and Admissions team, you will play a vital role in recruiting new domestic students to chase their creative passion with Collarts.
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage your pipeline effectively to meet and exceed new enrolment targets.
  • Engage with warm leads and applicants to educate, sell, consult, and enrol suitable students into our incredible courses.
  • Conduct student interviews and auditions to assess alignment with admissions entry criteria
  • Prioritise exceptional customer service, putting the needs and aspirations of prospective students first.
  • Actively participate in campus events, representing Collarts and fostering a vibrant community environment.
  • Utilise various communication channels, including calls, texts, emails, and face-to-face interactions, to engage with prospective students.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless student experience from first contact through to enrolment.

About You: 

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have demonstrated previous sales experience, ideally in a call centre environment (other sales experience will be considered).
  • Have a proven track record of meeting KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Are self-driven and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Exemplify a strong work ethic, characterised by integrity and dependability.
  • Possess proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Bring enthusiasm and passion for sales and the creative industries.
  • Are strong team players with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the education sector is beneficial but not essential.
